I recently read an article about a lady who decided to make a note of one thing that she was grateful for everyday - no matter how big or small. She told of how this process made her happier and more appreciative of the special things in her life. Day 118 - Sunday 8th April 2012
Today I am grateful for a catch up with school friends. It has been so long since we've all gotten together. Tonight was so nice.
