I recently read an article about a lady who decided to make a note of one thing that she was grateful for everyday - no matter how big or small. She told of how this process made her happier and more appreciative of the special things in her life. Day 82 - Thursday 1st March 2012
Today I am grateful for a few hours spent being pampered at the hairdresser.
Tea served with tiny teddies really topped it off.
