I recently read an article about a lady who decided to make a note of one thing that she was grateful for everyday - no matter how big or small. She told of how this process made her happier and more appreciative of the special things in her life. Day 28 - Saturday 7th January 2012
Today I am grateful for enjoying some 'me' time after work.
A good book, a big summer hat and the sun. Perfect.
