I recently read an article about a lady who decided to make a note of one thing that she was grateful for everyday - no matter how big or small. She told of how this process made her happier and more appreciative of the special things in her life. Day 19 - Thursday 29th December 2011
Today I am grateful for afternoon drinks on the beach followed by a seaside lunch with my favourite. Such a great day today.
